- 1859-O Liberty Seated Silver Dollar. OC-1. Rarity-1. MS-64 (NGC). A generally brilliant coin, we note only the lightest champagne-gold iridescence drifting across both sides. Sharply struck with surfaces that are uncommonly smooth for a Liberty Seated dollar issue that, when offered in Mint State, is usually heavily abraded from years of rough handling in Treasury Department hands.
