- BULLSEYE TONING! Throw out the price guides, this coin is sure to sell for multiples of the listed bid price, it's that BREATHTAKING! Satin-like fields are highly lustrous and are not diminished in any way by the absurdly beautiful rainbow toning throughout. Concentric rings of color grace this coin, hues of electric blue, magenta, seafoam green, peace and honey gold. The devices are crisp with nice definition on the head and date and the rivets on the shield are all struck to full advantage . A few light marks are noted on Liberty's body under magnification, but are unseen with the naked eye. PCGS 2,320; NGC 1,554. PCGS Price Guide lists a value of $925. Recent sales were August 2023 for $690 and June 2023 for $720. Both of those pieces were either white or very little toning.
