This is a very special GEM example of this early Philadelphia mint Walker! Housed in an old NGC holder, and possessing a gorgeous look that is 100% original. Sculpted, ultra sharp devices stand out in stark and striking relief from the satiny smooth fields. A sensational melange of dappled sky blue, olive, russet-gold, and tangerine-gold on the obverse and a ring of rainbow along the extreme reverse periphery and pale sky blue and olive near the centers. The brilliant cartwheel luster make the colors pop when rotated in a light. The eye appeal is amazing! This is an important GEM, a date that is VERY RARE any finer. PCGS 117, NGC 43, CAC 15. No NGC/CAC MS65 has ever sold in auction; but two recent PCGS/CAC coins sold for $4,200 and $6,600 in October 2021 and October 2020 respectively. The current CAC CPG Value is $4,120. This beautiful example has the added cache of being in an very early generation NGC encapsulation. Bid accordingly. Cert. Number 134654001 PCGS # 6580
