- 1927-S Standing Liberty Quarter. AU-55 (PCGS). CAC. Just the faintest friction is noted across the high points, delivering a complexion that appears very close to Mint State at first glance. Subtle gold and pinkish hues are noted near the borders, illuminated by significant luster in the fields. From a mintage of just 386,000 coins, the lowest in the Standing Liberty series after that of only the first year 1916. Provenance: From the Naples Bay Collection.
