Kennedy Half Dollars Basic Set, Circulation Strikes and Proof (1964-Present)

The basic Kennedy Half set with both circulation strikes and proofs is not a small set. Spanning fifty years, it includes 174 coins – including both "P" and "D" mints for the circulation strikes and both clad and silver (since 1992) proofs. While none of the coins would be considered rare or even scarce, the 1970-D circulation strike was made only for Mint Sets, and the 2014-W 50th Anniversary edition was struck in both silver and gold! The top sets are all extremely high grade (above MS-68) but be prepared to spend a few dollars to get to that level.
