WHOA! Who lit this firecracker? No question this coin is VERY HIGH END! Remarkable mirrors are deep and have bold reflection. The mirrors are crystal clear and are super clean. There is only one single microscopic toning dot hidden on the reverse. When you twirl this firecracker, the mirrors look like a freshly made sheet of ice. No question the colors are a GEM original full mint red with a hint of gold. Miss Liberty and the details are razor sharp in strike and have light frost. The eye appeal is gonzo wild! This is a very pleasing, high end 1906 Proof Liberty nickel. The eye appeal is imparted by a bold and flashy reflectivity that contrasts against the frostiness of the sharply defined devices. The surfaces have an icy iridescence that adds to the visual allure. PCGS 22, NGC 10, CAC 25. The last one to sell in auction brought $2,468 in our September 2019 Regency Auction and the current PCGS value is listed at $2,950. RARE any finer, with just five graded in PR67+ and PR68 CAM and keep in mind the jump in price between the grades. Worthy of any world class set. CAC

A MONSTER TONED COIN! WOW! MAMA MIA! GODZILLA! We could keep going but we think you will get the hint. We grade this coin an PR67.9+! PCGS just will not pull the trigger on this piece to call it PR68. Looking at this coin over and over with a strong glass we see flawless mirrors. The mirrors themselves are deep and have and intense reflection. When you twirl this coin the mirrors look rolling water. Both sides are a stunning and totally original deep blue/pale evergreen/violet colors. There is some deeper pale purple on the reverse. Miss Liberty and the details are actually thickly frosted and have pinpoint sharp strikes. The eye appeal is outrageous! Only 450 were minted. PCGS 9, NGC 13, CAC 8 (a few regrades ya think?). PCGS has graded only 3 in PR67+ w/none higher. Legend has placed the other 2 coins and they are not coming out any time soon. This piece last sold for $7,931.00 back in 2018!
