Obverse: The obverse features the same George Washington motif that was introduced in 1999.

Reverse: The reverse features a statue of Master Commandant Oliver Hazard Perry and in the background is the Memorial Monument. The revere has the inscriptions, "Perry's Victory Ohio 2013" and "E Pluribus Unum.'

Issue Date: April 01, 2013

The Mint produced several different products featuring Perry's Memorial design. It offered them in 100 coin bags, 40 roll sets struck at either the Philadelphia, Denver or San Francisco Mint.
