The 2013-P Perry's Memorial Quarters were struck to commemorate Perry's Victory and international Peace Memorial in Ohio. Perry's Victory took place in the Battle of Lake Erie where Commodore Oliver led a fleet to victory in 1812. The Memorial was built in Put-in-Bay Ohio from 1912 - 1915.
Obverse: The obverse features the same George Washington motif that was introduced in 1999.
Reverse: The reverse features a statue of Master Commandant Oliver Hazard Perry and in the background is the Memorial Monument. The revere has the inscriptions, "Perry's Victory Ohio 2013" and "E Pluribus Unum.'

The Mint produced several different products featuring Perry's Memorial design. It offered them in 100 coin bags, 40 roll sets struck at either the Philadelphia, Denver or San Francisco Mint.
