With a mintage of over 600 million coins struck the circulation strike 2008-P Roosevelt Dime is not scarce whatsoever. Coins can easily be found in circulation at face value. Only in grades of MS66 does it become somewhat scarce. With the Full Bands designation it is very scarce especially in grades of MS65 and higher. In MS66 with the Full Bands designation it is very hard to find with less than 2 dozen examples known in MS66 FB and none being finer.
