The U.S. Mint struck Silver as well as Clad Wyoming Quarters. Both came in very nice quality for the most part. The Silver Proofs seems much scarcer in perfect PR70 Deep Cameo condition, compared to the Clad versions. In PR69 Deep Cameo condition or lowers, both Clad and Silver versions are a dime a dozen, pun intended.
