1999 Spain 2,000 Pesetas Isabella II PR69DCAM { PCGS-5 }. Part of a series honoring the Third Century of the House of Bourbon in Spain, Queen Isabella II was the first of these monarchs to take the throne. Appearing as “Isabel II” on this silver gem, she appears on both sides, facing forward and slightly to the right on the obverse and in profile facing left on a postage stamp on the reverse. This coin was found in a Spanish coin shop as part of a 4-coin commemorative set. Two of the coins in this set had her image, including the much larger 10,000 Pesetas silver coin.
