It didn't meet a Consignment requirement from a Major Coin Auctioneer which I question because ..... ... When I did my Second tour in the Military.. which was a pretty brief time.. but I saved a box of coins that's it's a little bit of a hobby... just having not much to do while in training and everything... ... So this is really cool though because one of the coins that I had submitted.... which is a key date 1999 the reason why I submitted it... .. it came back Machine Damaged Ungradable...Uncirculated....but it's Real.....??? ... So at first I felt like a Navy Sailor .....with the Veal... ... because not many know this but from what I was told is that a lot of times when there's an overstock of Beef.. that the Overstock is put down and it goes down into the Military or more specifically ....the Navy... they get all the Veal... ... So the Coin is definitely Authentic... but it was a Machine error that wasn't caught... yet put out there... like the Veal.... ...from my interpretation of it when PGCS returned it without a Grade..that they could not Grade it?.... it should not have been distributed.. but... ... it found its way into one of the Banks on a Military base .. or somewhere around it... because PGCS graded it as Damaged and ungradable... yet I have it in my hand...? ... As far as PGCS knows... as you can see in the picture at the time of grading..there's only 35 others known of this currently at least.... ... the thoughts from it...it's Ultra Rare...?? ..I mean I could be the gut with the biggest glass from the M*A*S*H alcohol still .. but... : ) .. I'm reaching out with others to see if they're interested... $$$$ - it's like the Water though you see sometimes .... not a drop to drink... ? ..like some Susan B's Anthony Dollars I have with a bunch of errors.. from a set of mismarked sealed envelopes of about 150 that were collected .. The Madonna movie - "Desperately Seeking Susan"... supposedly part of a "Holy Grail" to some Numismatics... ...Unless someone would like a Cool Crisp Refreshing Drink of Water ... : } ..this Penny is kinda the same... ... because I'm from an Island & this Isn't that Ocean Water .. - Kevin
