This Green target toned monster has hues of Sge Green, Pine Green, Forest Green, Army Gren, Cassleton Green, Evergreen, Copper, Pecan, Walnut, Rust, Violet, Mauve, Raisin, Lavender and Chocolate. The reverse is the same with a wild rainbow from 5 to 9 o'clock adding Cobalt, Cornflower Blue, Cardinal Red, Peach, Macaroon, Sea Foam green, Mahogany, Slate and Iron.

The 1960 Proof Roosevelt Dime appears to be common in most  grades up to about PR69 with a non Cameo or Deep Cameo designation. With a Cameo designation it seems to be scarce in PR68 Cameo or higher. With a Deep Cameo designation it is scarce in about PR67 Deep Cameo condition and higher. In 69 Deep Cameo it is very scarce and no more than a couple hundred examples are known.
