Code 98 Damage??? - I can't find anything that resembles damage!!! Where!?.. Blinding MS66 Type of Luster - MS64 spots and dings. I stuck this one in between MS65 & 64RD. NIce coin in spite of its hidden damage. Previous owner was none too happy and that is putting it politely. Population of 1?

The 1909 V.D.B. Lincoln cent was highly hoarded and preserved in its' first year of issue. Consequently, many 1909 V.D.B. Lincoln cents survive in immaculate condition today.

Varieties: There are at least two different doubled dies known for this year. Type 1 is the most prominent variety of the two. The doubling is strongest on the date and on the word, Liberty.
