Ebay 2016. It may be the finest Guat 25c in existence. Maybe not a proof since the rims aren't sharp enough, but has this incredible cameo effect I've never seen on another 25c so there must have been something special about its strike at the time, though I can't match that to any special event in history (country, mint or otherwise).
