Two neon bands of textile flow across the obverse in a sideways V shape with neon green, royal blue, and magenta textile dots fluttering across Liberty's hair, face, and into the field. The lower band of textile flows over the date in a cool turquoise and bright yellow with green hues flashing off of the surface. Although only a 63, this coin has boatloads of eye-appeal.
