Pewter gray with golden highlights. 2 Leaves, O-107a, T-31, R.5, Fine 12 PCGS. Tompkins Die State 1/4. The very scarce O-107a variety is easily recognized by the die crack that bisects the reverse from the edge between OF and A, through the eagle, and through T in UNITED on the other side. The present cream-gray representative is smooth aside from a diagonal thin line on the field near the chin.

The "Two Leaves" refers to the clump of leaves beneath the eagle's left and right wings.  On some coins, there are two leaves in each clump; on others, three leaves are present.  The Two Leaves variety is definitely the more common of these major varieties.
