I don't understand, If a coin can be associated with a ship wreck it can get graded, but it is called saltwater damage if not linked to a ship wreck?

I like the look of coins who have dirt in the protected areas, where have they been, what is their true history, the hands that this coin has passed thru! I think this coin has a more interesting history than a coin that has been hidden in the dark thru its life! A coin that has been in the light, a coin that got to see its owners. It would be so cool if every coin could tell its past.

Medium S, several times harder to find than the large s, looks 58 with some beautiful toning, now I have to figure out how to get PCGS to label it as Meduim S.
