1882 CC Mintage 1,133,000 GSA 605,029. Observations: Strike varies strong to average with some weaker centers and eagle. Luster is mostly bright and frosty. The typical nice CC look. Prooflike - average plus mirrors but good cameo.
1884 CC Mintage 1,136,000 GSA 962,638 Observations: Strike mostly strong and bold but some average. The rusty die reverse also. Luster again mostly bright, intense and frosty but a few more just adequate. The typical nice CC look but some do vary. Prooflike - very deep mirrors with good cameo can be found.
