Blue and bright, this coin is covered in bright luster and is impressively colorful in person. Though only graded a mint state 63, no distracting marks appear when viewed without magnification, a wonderful coin that catches the eye no matter its setting. (CNAS Certified)
A reflective cameo obverse featuring soft medium pink rose toning accompanied with blues and greens throughout the surface. The reverse is equally as interesting as it showcases wonderfully exaggerated die polish when turned into the light. Rare to find Victorian cents with this prooflike obv quality from mint state strikes. Possibly from 58th Catalogue of Canadian Decimal Coins, New Netherlands Sale, Sept 22, 1964(Lot 180); Almost certainly from United States and Foreign Coins including the Arnold Perl Collection of Colonial and Continental Currency Sale, Lester Merkin, Nov 6, 1965(Lot 832).

Beautiful glossy coin. Has an abundance of great original luster. Difficult to find a nicer RB 1896 than this one. PQ Coin. (CNAS Certified)
One of the most visually appealing Large Cents currently in my possession, its undisturbed brilliance glows in all occasions and its fields feature a creamy levitating luster that's complemented with a soft macaron yellow hue along the rim of the coin . Hampered only by small hits below Victoria's chin, it still proves itself as a remarkably beautiful original coin. PQ coin. Previously enclosed in an old embossed ICCS flip graded MS 65RD and previously CNAS certified. Please note that the coin is obviously RED and not brown as is falsely claimed by PCGS.
