Amazing set my friend!

This is a one year circulation strike; it was the first circulation coin of the new DRC, developed after 4+ years of Independence from Belgium, and was surely needed by the population; it was a Congo centric coin, rather than Euro centric one - with no Belgian leaders on the obverse! This is important in both Congolese numismatic, and social, history. The 100 million+ mintage basically falls into the three varieties - that PCGS has attributed: Thick PAIX, Full PAIX and Thin PAIX. This description is based on the size of the letters (PAIX) on the coins obverse.
